SAN ANTONIO, TX — A woman killed in a hit and run in San Antonio has been identified by police, according to KSAT.
The accident took place on Friday sometime before ten in the evening. 64 year-old Amanda Carillo walked down W.W. White Road in San Antonio. For unknown reasons an as of yet unidentified sedan proceeded to crash into her. The force of the impact killed her, as confirmed by a medical examiner. Police later received calls that witnesses saw a woman lying face down in a puddle on the side of the road. They then quickly launched an investigation to find the hit and run driver.
Police have yet to release information on Carillo’s family or the progress of the investigation.
