SAN ANTONIO, TX – The victim in a fatal head-on collision northwest of San Antonio Saturday has been identified by the Medical Examiner’s office.
According to KSAT, the accident occurred sometime after noon within the 5100 block of Eisenhauer Road.
Police say 50-year-old Martin Hill was traveling at a high rate of speed when his vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle.
Hill was pulled from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver involved sustained injuries deemed to be non-life-threatening.
