WESLACO, TX – A rear-end collision took place along a busy Weslaco Street near I-2 last weekend.
The March 27th crash occurred at about 1:46 p.m. within the 1200 block of North Westgate Drive, just south of I-2.
Responding officers believe the driver of a 2018 Honda, a 29-year-old woman, was traveling at a high rate of speed when her vehicle collided with the rear of a 2016 Toyota.
Luckily, neither of the drivers involved or their passengers sustained any notable injuries as a result of the crash.
