Woman critically injured after rollover crash on San Antonio’s south side

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A woman was rushed to the hospital after a multi-vehicle rollover collision in south San Antonio early Thursday morning.

According to KSAT, the crash occurred at about 2:45 a.m. along Highway 90 near the exit to Nogalitos Street.

Investigators believe the woman, who is in her mid-20s, was traveling east in her 2015 Honda Civic when it slammed into the rear of another sedan.

The impact caused both vehicles to spin out of control. The Honda collided with a concrete wall and rolled over, pinning the woman inside. She was extricated and transported to Brooke Army Medical Center in critical condition.

The two women in the second vehicle were treated and released from the scene.
