SAN ANTONIO, TX – A woman died after being struck by two vehicles on I-410 early Sunday morning, according to Fox 29.
Police responded after receiving reports of a woman walking on I-410. As they arrived on the scene, the woman was struck by the first vehicle. That vehicle remained at the scene following the collision. The woman was then struck by an SUV, which did not stop after the crash.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner pronounced the woman dead. She did not have any identifying documents on her person.
