Woman injured in multi-vehicle crash in Mission

MISSION, TX – Authorities with the Mission Police Department have reported at least one injury resulting from a two-car crash last Tuesday night.

The incident was reported shortly before 8 p.m. on Daffodil Avenue near its intersection with Taylor Road, when the driver of a 2011 Chevrolet failed to control his speed when approaching slowed traffic. The man belatedly attempted to swerve out of the way when he struck the front passenger side of a 2005 Dodge.

A 25-year-old woman in the Dodge was hurt as a result of the crash. No other injuries have been reported.
