CASTLE HILLS, TX – According to Fox San Antonio, a wrong-way driver was pronounced dead at the scene after colliding head-on with a pickup truck at I-410 and Honeysuckle Ln Sunday.
At around 2:30 a.m. a silver car was traveling the wrong way on I-410 when it struck a pickup truck near the intersection with Honeysuckle Ln. The pickup truck was then hit by a third vehicle that failed to avoid the crash.
The driver of the pickup truck was hospitalized in stable condition. The occupants of the third vehicle were unharmed.
