UPDATE: Victim, drunk driver identified in fatal collision on North Loop 1604

(SAN ANTONIO, APRIL 2020) — (This is an update to a previously published story on our Texas Accidents blog) – Authorities have identified an alleged drunk driver and the victim of a fatal collision on North Loop 1604 last week.

Police say 22-year-old Madison Delozier of San Antonio was driving her 2004 Dodge Durango while intoxicated last Tuesday when she hit a barrier near the Vance Jackson Road overpass. Her passenger, 21-year-old Rafael Lozano, was ejected from the vehicle and killed on impact. Another passenger, an as-yet-unidentified 20-year-old man, was transported to University Hospital for emergency medical care.

Delozier is now facing charges of intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault. She is being held on a $150,000 bond.
