Why Should I Hire An Attorney?

If you have never been in a car accident before, getting into an automobile collision can be a very terrifying circumstance. Often the collision is severe in nature, and these collisions can cause serious injuries. In my opinion, having an attorney when you get injured by the negligence of another person or entity is very important. There are many reasons associated with the importance of an attorney in an injury case, but there is no question that the biggest reason is you need an attorney are the insurance companies.

The insurance companies want to settle claims under the true value to make money. It is very simple folks, if the insurance companies did not make money by supplying you with insurance benefits, they would quit the business. When you begin to think about these companies as money-making machines, it is easy to see why having an attorney is essential to a successful personal injury case.

Reasons why an attorney is indispensable to your personal injury case

  1. The attorney will fight diligently to gather all evidence surrounding the claim;
  2. With an attorney involved the insurance company is much more likely to attach the correct value to the claim. The attorney will fight to make sure you get all the compensation you deserve, and the insurance company knows that
  3. If needed and in certain circumstanceslaw firms and third-party companies will provide client advances for essential items or shelter. This is a case-by-case determination and the law firm or third-party company has the right to investigate the claim.
  4. If needed, the attorney can also file a lawsuit on your behalf to preserve your case;

Personal injury law is a finicky business, and without an experienced guide to help you through the process, you will likely be taken advantage of by the insurance companyAgain, the insurance companies want to make a profit, they are not driven to do the right thing. If the insurance companies were driven to do the right thing, “personal injury law” would not exist.  The insurance companies that make billions of dollars a year are the bad guys, and without an attorney, you will become another victim in their money-making scheme.
