Three injured in collision between passenger vehicle, semi truck

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Three people were injured Sunday when a semi truck t-boned a passenger vehicle on the city’s south side.

KENS 5 reports that the incident happened at about 11 p.m. Sunday. A black passenger vehicle was eastbound on Mission Gate when it pulled in front of the semi truck and was t-boned. The force of the collision sent the vehicle spinning into the northbound lanes of Palo Alto Road.

Two occupants of the passenger vehicle were seriously injured in the collision, and were taken to a local hospital for treatment. They are listed in stable condition.

The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries. He was also taken to the hospital.

No charges have been filed, and alcohol is not a factor.

Because of their size and weight, 18-wheelers pose a significant risk to other motorists. If you’ve been injured in a collision with a semi truck and the other driver is to blame, you may be entitled to financial compensation — and the San Antonio truck accident attorneys of Herrman and Herrman may be able to help you get it.
