Hazard in road causes single-vehicle crash on I-410 near Wetmore Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX — A hazard in the road caused a single-vehicle crash on Monday in San Antonio. Authorities report that the accident occurred just before 3:00 p.m. on Interstate 410 near Wetmore Road.

The driver of a white Infiniti encountered a hazard on Interstate 410 and took evasive action to avoid it. Unfortunately, the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed. The vehicle sustained damage to the right front side, and the force of the impact was great enough to cause the airbags to deploy. Few details about the condition of the driver have been released, so we will continue to monitor this developing story for updates.
